Thank You Grandma

Life has been great over the past week, but also very busy. Greta has been going to doctor's appointments with Gabbie while hauling around her oxygen tank, in addition to feeding all 3 babies who are in 2 different locations. All of this would not be possible if my Mom was not here helping us right now. She has made our life so much easier, allowing us to get some sleep and keep our sanity. It looks like she is going to keep us pretty much covered until Greta's mom gets here at the end of March. Greta and I are very thankful that we have help, because I really don't know how this could be done without it. Thanks Mom! It doesn't seem like she minds too much though, as we have to pry Gabbie out of her arms in order to hold her.

I still don't think I could be a very good parent without my mom, even though my kids are so much older. Grandparents are the best gift God gives our kids. I treasure the time my kids spend with Grandma and Papa. I hardly knew my grandparents and didn't realize what I was missing till I see how blessed my kids have been to know theirs so well. By the way, I still say you have the best baby pictures! They look like they came out of Parenting Magazine! Lisa Davis

Greta, you are one busy mama! Jason, I know you're busy as well :-) Yes, I have to agree, grandparents are amazing. My Mom has been such a part of Jacob's life... just last weekend he stayed with his grandparents(my Mom & Dad)and when he came back home he was beside himself that they were no longer here. He loves them so much and they love him... I love seeing that bond! It's what life is all about! Bless your Mom, Jason! It's just the best having that support! Glad things at home as well as the hospital are going well...
Hugs & Kisses to all!

Gabbie is smiling! She's so beautiful. Those are great pictures. Niklas always sleeping with his mouth open and Lukas looking ever so cozy and content. Tell the babies I love them and can't wait to see them. I might take them back home with me!

Grandpa Bob makes me laugh. Seeing Gabbie smile makes me smile. Seeing the boys progress make me hopeful. Greta and Jason as parents...it totally makes sense. All of this makes me know how awesome God is. Still praying for your family...

Grandparents are a wonderful part of life. My girls only have known my Mom. How wonderful that your kid's will have wonderful memories with all your parents.

Doris will have to give Mary lessons on how to make a Cottage Diary for all three of yours. The Crandell girls love looking back and reading theirs from years gone by. Some day they will read them to your kid’s and tell all sorts of stories about their Auntie Sarah! ;)
